Spiritual Counseling, as used by Reverend Charmaine, consists of a variety of techniques which help you see how the spirit, as a central life force, empowers you through your positive strengths. Spiritual Counseling is based on the premise that all illness is a result of unhealthy mental activity. For example, excessive worry and hate are two of the most damaging forms of mental activity, and both are deeply self-destructive. These thoughts and feelings consist of mental and physical energy which harm the body, mind and spirit. Spiritual Counseling heals the disempowering effects of other negative emotions such as anxiety, bitterness, impatience, unkindness, being judgmental, conceit, addiction, greed and avarice.

There is nothing wrong with having a strong desire for sex. But what you do with your desire is the tricky part. We often become victims of our own sexuality, allowing our unchecked needs and desires to control our decisions. How many times have we allowed ourselves to be with people physically with whom we have no intention of continuing any sort of relationship? Yet we easily share our erotic spirit and bond ourselves to them. Have you ever noticed how hard it is to end a relationship with someone you don't really want to be with? Perhaps you remember what it felt like when you were not wanted any longer. It hurts because the soul has become attached, even though this may not have been the original intention. If you don't have a healthy way to express your sexual desires, they become blocked in the body. Your thoughts tend to go toward sex more frequently. You may start to read about it, watch certain kinds of movies, and thus feed your erotic spirit. If you are ashamed of this desire and don't understand why this feeling is taking over, you may begin to separate yourself from your spirit. Now your soul is trying to be fed by any means necessaries. You may find yourself taking risks you haven't taken in the past. This happens because you're trying to deny what is beautiful and needed for the spirit. Allow yourself to come to a place of balance. If you've made a decision not to have a physical sex life, you must understand that desire must be channeled in other healthy ways. Prayer, meditation using deep breathing, exercise, and service to others are ways to keep the body from being blocked. You may need to come to terms with the connections you've made in the past in order to allow your spiritual life to move forward into a new understanding. Know your boundaries. Take this responsibility seriously. An entire world, beginning with your own small world, hangs in the balance. |

The physical, spiritual, and sensual aspects of prostate massage Physically every man regardless of desire needs to have his prostate checked from time to time to assure it is healthy and not swollen. Most men at the age of 40 are recommended by their doctors to begin this type of physical at least once a year. It is healthy and responsible for a man to have his prostate checked for prevention of various prostate issues which include cancer. Spiritually it is believed in tantric philosophy that the nerves and pleasures experienced in the anal canal in men and women are sensitive and provide for a more direct access in releasing kundalini energy. This Kundalini energy is an extra power source we have in our bodies in energetic form that makes us more powerful and gives us abilities to add to our strength in body mind and spirit. The prostate doesn’t necessarily have to be accessed in the anal canal to release Kundalini energy. It doesn’t even have to be involved at all. I am simply saying that the nerves in the anal canal about two or more inches in length inside the anus, plenty of space before you reach the prostate add a lot of pleasure and is useful for the energy work we are talking about now. Women have these same nerve endings inside of their anal canal as well and can receive the same pleasure and power. In women it has been reported that many enjoy the easy access to their G-Spot that is in the pussy and can be contacted through the anus. Wow! Sensuality is about seduction charm and love. And when we allow all of our body to play with sexual pleasure all over and inside of our selves we become more open and connected to life in many ways. The aura is the energy field around the body that reflects inner emotions that are communicated to those around you. An aura cleansing is a special process which clears that energy field and brings body, mind and soul into harmony. The reading guides you to your perfect path for healing and power. An aura cleansing with Reverend Charmaine begins with the client standing, if possible, or sitting comfortably in a chair, with their back straight. The Prayer of Protection is said. Then the client begins breathing deeply. Aromatherapeutic oils such as sandalwood and/or jasmine, and florida water, as well as the burning of fragrant botanical incense like sage or frankincense are used. The oils are rubbed in her hands, and swept closely over the entire body of the client to effect the cleansing of the auras. She also goes to each major chakra from root to crown, and performs a balancing, lingering over chakras which need to "settle in" especially. As her palms sense the chakras' energy, she directs them to the center of the body as needed, and moves on to the next location. After centering, frankincense and myrrh are used to cleanse the aura again, and to reinforce the chakra balancing by outlining the body from a distance of about four inches. Then the oils are used again at four to six feet, for a larger-area cleansing to complete the process. Aura: A distinctive atmosphere surrounding a given source. A luminous radiation. As you are on the path of healing, your aura needs to be recognized. Some people can see your aura, but everyone senses it. We all have a vibration we carry with us and our aura is this vibration. Starting from within is the greatest gift you can give yourself. The symbols above represent "Reiki" in the Japanese character system. The top symbol, Rei, means spirit, ghost, and soul. Reiki (pronounced "ray-kee"), is healing energy transmitted through the hands of a "channel" (someone who is channeling energy, who has been "keyed in" to the universal energy flow). Reiki channels are people from all walks of life, all races, and all occupations, who have received energy intensification keys from a qualified Reiki Master or teacher. Reiki is an extraordinarily simple, yet powerful process. With the traditional Usui hands-on technique, which Reverend Charmaine teaches and practices, healing energy is transferred directly from the hands of the channeler or practitioner to the recipient. Since we constantly emit and channel energy, we always have within us the ability to heal ourselves. When we are in the pure love-vibration state, Reiki can become even more effective. The practice of meditation is used to focus, contemplate, and connect with your life force. A variety of meditation techniques are used in accordance with your needs and ability. A guided meditation with Reverend Charmaine might take the following form: Prayer of Protection: Now close your eyes; become aware of your breath. Notice your inhale and exhale. If any thoughts come up, let them walk right on through you. Feel your body melting into the table or chair. Keep your attention on your inhale and exhale, breathing deeply in, and completely out. Follow the rise and fall of your torso, riding the wave of your breathing, becoming more comfortble within. (Body scan meditation and chakra balancing follows.) Now allow yourself to feel gratitude for the process you're going through. And thank your body for being with you all these years.
